Spanish Lessons for Kids

Spanish Classes for Kids

In our online one-to-one Spanish lessons for kids, students receive the full individual attention of their assigned teacher.

This approach helps students progress quickly and confidently while receiving as much supervision as is required. Furthermore, the teacher can focus on specific student weaknesses and create the continuous positive interaction necessary for effective language learning.

Spanish Playgroup Classes (ages 3-5)

Our Spanish playgroups are designed to engage young kids in learning Spanish using a natural approach for their age. Classes immerse children in the Spanish language through activities, songs and interactivity.

Since lessons are private, our skilled teachers will ensure that the student can focus throughout the whole class. We focus on helping each child have fun while learning, which is the key to positive and sustained development at a young age.

We know that students must acquire an interest in the Spanish language and the lessons they are attending now if they are to continue learning Spanish in the long run.

Our teachers use songs, games, flashcards, worksheets, and different sets of activities during each class. All of the above are oriented explicitly for kids who have never had any exposure to the Spanish language.

The courses will cover topics, such as greetings, personal introduction, colours, numbers, family, home and the city, daily life etc.

Spanish Classes for Kids (6-7, 8-9 & 10-12)

The Spanish lessons of the Spanish Council of Singapore provide a structured curriculum to teach Spanish in an interactive and fun manner. This approach is best for students aged between 6 and 12 years old.

Our Spanish courses keep young students motivated to continue learning Spanish whilst making substantial progress towards mastering the language. The lessons typically take place once a week, and in each class, some time is spent revising old content to make sure they remember what they have previously learned. Past learning is then linked to the new concepts of the scheduled class. Each session involves tasks related to reading, writing, listening and speaking. These keep young learners constantly engaged, and all aspects tackled are necessary to help students effectively use the language.

Our teaching system is unique because of our wonderful one-on-one approach. We can ensure the entire focus of the teacher is on your child, making sure that they can learn swiftly.

Our approach guarantees top-quality lessons and high levels of interaction between teacher and student. Every child has individualised attention to keep them focused, ensure their understanding, and help them make the most of every lesson.

Scientific investigations report that when students learn Spanish from a young age, they can develop unique skills that older students will not have, giving them a critical advantage. For example, younger children can easily tackle the correct pronunciation of words while older teenagers or adults may struggle.

An additional benefit of learning Spanish young is that children can develop better listening skills than older students. The most challenging skill for students to acquire is always listening, especially amongst adults. The earlier a learner starts a language, the more substantial their competitive advantage in this essential field of communication.

Allow your child to start learning Spanish from a young age to ensure they can master the language in the future.
